Resources for Parenting the Anxious Teen
An online workshop for parents, caregivers, therapists, and educators
Raising or working with anxious teens can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This two-part online workshop offers a supportive space to deepen your understanding and expand your toolkit for helping teens manage anxiety with more resilience and grace.
Over the course of two 90-minute Zoom sessions, we’ll explore:
The neurobiology of anxiety and how it impacts teen behavior
How patterns of worry and avoidance can unintentionally reinforce anxious states
Practical, evidence-based strategies that empower adults to respond with clarity, compassion, and confidence
Grounded in the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) protocol developed at the Yale Child Study Center, this workshop provides a clear framework to help adults reduce accommodation, strengthen connection, and create healthier dynamics with the teens they care about.
Whether you're a parent, caregiver, therapist, or educator, you’ll leave with a stronger foundation, actionable tools, and a renewed sense of support in your role.
